Juventus will take the opportunity to meet with La Liga side Barcelona during their USA tour to discuss Frank Kessie. The Bianconeri are reportedly eyeing the former Milan midfielder as a cut-price option to reinforce the centre of the pitch.
Juve will play the Blaugrana in a pre-season friendly in California on July 23 which could provide the right opportunity to discuss various transfers.
La Stampa report that the Blaugrana are looking to reduce their wage bill before the new season begins, with Ivorian international Kessie one of their highest earners, despite barely featuring since he made the move to Spain.
The report claims that Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is very keen on Kessie for the Bianconeri midfielder, and will push to sign the midfielder on loan with an option to sign him outright in 2024.
Despite the interest, the 26-year-old would reportedly prefer to remain with Barcelona or make the move to the Premier League, rather than return to Serie A.
