Juventus have reportedly initiated contacts with Udinese to sign their full-back Destiny Udogie this summer. The 19-year-old has only been with I Friulani for a season but has made a telling impact, scoring 5 goals and assisting 3 more.
La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Giovani Albanese reports that the Bianconeri are now in contact with Udinese to sign the youngster, who will be a long-term replacement for Alex Sandro and Luca Pellegrini, who is set to leave the club this summer.
Albanese adds that there are a number of foreign clubs interested in Udogie, implying that Juve will face competition to sign the young Italian.
This follows on from a report by journalist Niccolò Ceccarini who reported on similar lines, saying contacts between Juve and Udinese had begun for Udogie.
