Juventus have begun talks with Premier League side West Ham for the transfer of Swiss midfielder Denis Zakaria. The 26-year-old arrived in Turin in 2022 but has failed to cement a place in the starting XI, spending last season loan at Chelsea, who in turn opted not to sign him outright.
Sky Sport Italia now report that after his loan at Stamford Bridge, Zakaria will return to Juventus, but there is strong interest in the Swiss international from West Ham, who have entered into negotiations for the player.
There have already been two calls between the Hammers and Juventus and the player could return to the Premier League outright this summer.
Zakaria made his name at German side Borussia Mönchengladbach, before joining the Bianconeri in a €8.6 million deal.
