Napoli have officially confirmed the appointment of former Roma and Lille coach Rudi Garcia to replace Luciano Spalletti. It’s a return to Serie A for the Frenchman, who previously managed the Giallorossi from 2013-2016.
Garcia was one of a number of potential candidates for Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis, who was reportedly closing in on a deal for Christophe Galtier.
Napoli confirmed the appointment of Garcia via their official Twitter account:

Speaking of the appointment, Garcia said:
