Sky Sport Italia suggest that Juventus coach Max Allegri is set to remain at the club and is already planning for the new season. Allegri has been presented with the chance to coach in Saudi Arabia with recent reports suggesting he was offered close to €60 million to coach Al-Hilal for three seasons, plus a further €10m in bonuses.
Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Juventus director Giovanni Manna met with Allegri in Milan yesterday to begin planning the new season, with coach reportedly fired up for the new season.
The meeting was reportedly to check in with the coach after his meeting with Saudi emissaries in Monte Carlo at the weekend, as well as to start work on the transfer market, making decisions on who would be leaving the club in the coming weeks.
Other news outlets are reporting on similar lines, claiming Allegri will reject the offer to coach in the Middle-East in favour of remaining in charge of the Bianconeri for the 2023-24 season.
