Juventus, Inter and Roma are all expected to make a bid to sign Sassuolo midfielder Davide Frattesi this summer. The 23-year-old is one of the most in-demand Serie A players this summer, with Sassuolo director Giovanni Carnevali suggesting that the best offer for the youngster has come from a Premier League team.
Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio writes that it could be a three-way tie for Frattesi, with Juventus, Inter and Roma all having him on their list ahead of the summer transfer window.
Di Marzio claims that Juve are intent on putting all their eggs in one basket when it comes to signing Frattesi, given that they are set to lose Adrien Rabiot on a free transfer this summer.
Juve have reportedly scheduled a meeting with Sassuolo’s top management to present a proposal with several technical counterparts included in the deal, namely Filippo Ranocchia and Matias Soulé and Kori De Winter.
But Juventus is not the only club betting big on Frattesi: Inter, would like to propose youngsters Mulattieri and Fabbian as counterparts, and Roma, would instead include Volpato in the deal. Sassuolo’s overall valuation pf the player is said to be €30 million.
