Sky Sport Italia report that an agreement has been found between Massimo Ferrero and Andrea Radrizzani for the sale of Sampdoria. The news follows a day of talks regarding the prospective purchase of the club by Leeds United owner Radrizzani, who is ready to make an investment to save the beleagured Serie B side.
Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the signatures are in place and an agreement has found between Ferrero and Radrizzani.
The board of directors is approving the capital increase at present, however the issue of outstanding wages has not been resolved in time, meaning the Blucerchiati will start with 4 penalty points next season (in Serie B.
Ferrero has accepted the conditions offered above all for the employees and creditors, leaving definitively on terms that the buyers will then set out in detail.
